Exhibitor List

The Exhibitor List offers attendees savvy pre-event planning tools to enhance the event experience far before walking the showroom floor. 

While every event site differs, we hope to guide you through what you can expect on the Exhibitor List page or visit our FAQ's*.

  1. Let's begin by selecting Connect with Exhibitors to access the Exhibitor List, typically* located within My Planner or by clicking the Exhibitor List link should your event offer it on their site. 
  2. When utilizing the Exhibitor List:
    • Should you choose not to log in, a temporary cookie will be left on your device or in your browser to save your favorites when you return.
    • If you do log in, the system will keep a permanent record of the exhibitors you saved and will allow you to access your favorites and Personalized Planner from any other device you log in to.

  3. Once you arrive on the page, you will see a variety of features available to you.

    • (A) Search or sort exhibitors by: 
      • Clicking on a letter in the alpha-index. 
      • Enter a search term (the company name or a keyword) in the keyword search box.
      • Sort Exhibitors by clicking on the icons above the Exhibitor List to bring the exhibitors that have these features to the top of the listing results. 
    • (B) Create a favorites list by clicking on the star to highlight and add the exhibitor to the My Exhibitors tab and to your Personalized Planner. 
      • Click the star again to empty and remove just that exhibitor from your favorites list. 
      • Click the half highlighted star to clear all favorites.
    • (C) If your event offers Connect, as long as you are logged in, you may request an appointment or send an email to an exhibitor you are interested in by clicking on the envelope icon for an email or the calendar icon for an appt. 
    • (D) While we do not offer a spreadsheet with exhibitor contact information, you may print the full list by clicking the Print icon in the upper right hand corner of the page. 
      • Select the Floor Plan icon next to Print to view your favorites on the showroom floor.
  4. The Advanced Search tab typically* offers a keyword search, geographic location, an event-specific list of drilled-down categories to search by or other search criteria as determined by the event management team.
    • Click the plus (+) signs to see more options.

  5. If you are logged in as a Connect participant, select the Recommendations tab for suggested exhibitors based on matchmaking factors like exhibitor product offerings, geographic location, and keywords which you have indicated interest within your My Profile page or when you registered.
    • Ensure that you have updated your My Profile page with your Exhibitor Match Criteria and Demographics in order to see relevant recommendations.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: How do I search by keyword? I searched by keyword and no results were provided, is this right?

A: Keyword searches are derived from the exhibitor profile field.  Try searching keywords an exhibitor would use in their profile to receive the best results. Results of keyword searches may not always appear, as they are based on search criteria. For example, be sure to search with just your keyword and not any other factors like geographical location unless you wish to have exhibitors with that key word, only in that location. If you prefer a broader search, be sure to take out other criteria and only search by key word. Alternately, if you receive too many results for a keyword, try other criteria like categories, location or other factors your event offers under the Advanced Search tab. 

Q: How do I sort exhibitors with the icons?

A: Click on the icon(s) above the Exhibitor List to bring the exhibitors that have these features to the top of the listing results.

Q:
My favorites are not syncing to my Mobile App. What's wrong?

A: Favorites typically* sync across devices however, contact your event management team for clarification as syncing parameters are determined by each event directly.
