While every event has a variety of content and custom design within each page, we hope to guide you through what you can expect on the Buy Digital Promotion Opportunities page or visit our FAQ's*.

Let's get started.

  1. Once logged into the console, try clicking the Buy Digital Promotion Opportunities button or link (Often called Upgrade or Promotion Opportunities) from within your Exhibitor Console to see what your event has to offer.
    • If you do not have this option within the console, try contacting the event management team directly.

  2. On the page, a section for digital add-ons or available upgrade options for the event may* be listed. 
    • If there is something you wish to request that is not on the page, contact the event directly.

  3. Payment Info generates when you select your sponsorship, order details are confirmed and the event has established the amount to be charged. Be sure not to edit the amount charge field. If you wish to make a partial payment, select "Sending check in 10 days" and contact the event directly for options.

  4. The Payment Info fields generate when you select your upgrade, order details are confirmed and the event has established the amount to be charged.

  5. At the bottom of the page you will be prompted to sign the contract as the responsible party for the company as well as to read and check off the terms and conditions before clicking submit.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: I received this paypal error code and don't know what to do: "Your credit payment was unable to be processed. Please check your credit card to verify that the card number, expiration date, and CSV are correct."

A: This error code means one of those sets of data has been entered incorrectly. Try checking the card itself and the payment form together for the following:

  • Be sure to enter the expiration as MMYY without any symbols at all, like but not limited to /-)(.

  • For the credit card number, be sure there are not spaces in front or behind the card number or in between the numbers.

  • For the CSV and the Name on the Card, be sure it is correctly matching your card.

Q: My payment was unable to be processed. How can I make my payment successfully?

A: We have listed a few Payment Info tips to ensure your payment is accepted:

  • Be sure there is a balance due by reviewing the Order Details section of the form.  

  • Review the error code and update any fields or drop downs that maybe missing,

  • Check for and remove spaces before and after your card number and,

  • Be sure you're entering the expiration code as MMYY without any symbols "/",

  • Check for and remove symbols in the payment field “$,”, 

  • For the CSV and name on the card, be sure it is correct,             

  • Check with your bank in case there are any issues with the card.
